I received an inquiry regards the history of 1580 King St W. The style of the building is Richardson Romanesque celebrating the grand Toronto style of Queens Park and the Old City Hall. This block of houses just east of Roncesvalles, appears on Goads maps after 1903 and before 1910. This dating corresponds with the architectural style. This house may be visible is some of the pictures of Sunnyside Amusement Park. I know an archivist who can find out a lot for $200.
